Welcome to Parker Bible Church!
Where people are excited about God’s Word
PBC is a fellowship of believers that is focused on fulfilling God’s purpose and plan for the local church as revealed in God’s Word. We believe in the absolute authority, sufficiency, and infallibility of the Word of God. It is our high view of Scripture that provides the foundation upon which every area of ministry is built.
At PBC, we embrace expository preaching, that is, teaching that exposes the meaning of the text of Scripture and applies it to life. Our goal is to honor Christ by equipping people with the necessary tools for living godly lives, raising godly families, serving and loving the family of God, and sharing the Gospel of Christ with a lost world.
“Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.” – 2 Peter 1:2-3
PBC JULY NEWS
From Your Pastor’s Heart
It is obvious (as you look around this morning) that we are set to host our Music Camp this week. I want to thank all of you who have worked so hard to make this week special for all our children. We look forward to everything that will be done this week to minister to these kids. This is a highlight of our summer here at PBC. I hope all of you will get involved any way you can and remember to come and support our children on Friday night for their musical presentation.
I also want to mention another event that is coming up so you can put it on your calendar. On September 25-27 we will be hosting our Legacy Conference with Tom Bevan from The Master’s Seminary. This conference is designed to highlight how we can leave a legacy with the financial resources God provides us. It will be a practical focus on stewardship and making an eternal impact through it. I hope you will plan now to be a part of that weekend. Put it on your calendar and make sure you are here for that event. – Pastor Kirk
